How do you stop your friends from making fun of your girlfriend?

Say you were in a relationship, and she/he isn't really what you would consider hot on first site, but you met her and you really hit it off, and you started dating, and you are far beyond caring about looks because your not shallow, and in your eyes they are really hot, and you are in a great relationship with them, but every time you are with your friends, they make fun, it kind starts off as them making fun of the fact that she is quite short, but then they start getting a little harsh and really disrespectful, but you endure and say stuff back, but the more you say stuff back, they just say harsher stuff, and you want to punch them in the face, but you tell them they are out of order, and they stop, but just carry on next time.





They are my friends, and I don't want to quit being friends with them, but she comes first, and they are just being pricks about it!How do you stop your friends from making fun of your girlfriend?

They're not your friends. You just thought they were. There are some people that just aren't capable of being real friends. These guys are like that. If you stop hanging with them I think you'll find some more mature guys to hang with and find out what real friends are like.
Okay. Do your friends have girlfriends? If not, point this out every time they make fun of yours, that should shut them up in a hurry. Especially if they're virgins and you're not.





Or, tell them about how awesome she is. Mention anything nice that she's done for you lately. Brag about her shamelessly. Try to turn every insult directed against her into a compliment, when they make fun of how short she is, say that you like petite women or something.
That's a bummer. Basically what it comes down to is that you're mature and they're not. It's great that you're not superficial. If you don't want to quit being friends with them you could try being honest and tell them that you really care about her and they're comments are getting old. If that doesn't work, punch them :D
Your friends will do to you only what you will take. You need to stand up for her and not take their **** and they will learn their lesson
