What do you do when your heart was ripped out by your girlfriend?

I have been dating my girlfriend for a year and a half now. Im a lesbian and i guess that ***** is a bisexual. But anyways i just found out yesterday that she is pregnant, and outta of two guys she doesn't which one is the baby daddy. So she cheated on me with not only one guy but two. It hurts so bad, how do I make the pain go away? The alcohol only helps a little for only a couple hours and then im back to feeling pain. The most pain I have ever felt, and im only 20. She's 21 and she just threw the best thing that ever happened to her away for some dick and a kid. Im so hurt and i don't know what to do.What do you do when your heart was ripped out by your girlfriend?
I'm so sorry that happened to you. The only thing that will make the pain go away is time. Please don't try to drink away your pain, it is only temporary, and you could possibly develop an addiction.





Give yourself a couple of weeks to be useless: cry as much as you have to, lay around the house, watch sappy movies, eat as much ice cream as you need to. Give yourself time to get over her. You should also try to avoid any contact with her. Seeing or speaking with her will only make it hurt worse.





After you have moped around for awhile, start going out with your friends. Try to make yourself as busy as possible. Join a new club, sports team, go to new bars/clubs...basically meet new people. Have as much fun as you can. Have a couple one night stands if you need it. But by putting yourself out there you are increasing your chances of meeting someone new and someone who's worth it, a girl who deserves you. Then it will only be that much easier to forget your heartless ex.What do you do when your heart was ripped out by your girlfriend?

Substance abuse shouldn't be your first priority. You should be your #1 priority. When others try to bring me down I just say F*#k them. So yeah.....F*#k them. move on find someone who will treat you with R-E-S-P-E-C-T and appreciate you. Try to find a older lady, but not too old. younger girls seem to only want to have fun and older ones have gotten their partying out of the way...for the most part.
