done sex, what big and wonderful love-making can you then

To the anti sex before marriage person she was talking about making out not sex. Dont go all your going to get every std and pregnant about something as simple as this. No offense to the question asker but i dont thing this is the same person as the chick that is known to sleep around.
If you need to ask this question, you probably aren't ready to make out with your partner. :) The correct response is ';when both are emotionally ready';. Whether that is after a minute, a week, a month, a year, or whenever varies for each individual couple.
Well IDK about making out. When I met my fiancee, because the connection was so awesome between the both of us, we just went straight to having sex. lol. That was the 3rd time we met and she asked me to drive her home.

oh gosh, lets see, well first we made out as a precursor that kind of sealed the deal...and a month later I asked her out and we made out in her driveway
