You should make out when you have been going out for at least 1 month and when you feel that she whants to make out. Do it while on a date at the movies or when you are on the couch or something .Wrap your arm around her. Then, once you think she feels confortable look at her warmly with a smile. if she smiles back at you then, leen into her tilt you head and go in about 50%. She will go in about 30% of the way and when she does that go the rest of the 10% and kiss. When you kiss start out slow like a normal kiss. And if you get the vibe that she wants to keep going get a little more passionate and suck on the top of her lip while she does that same to you bottom lip or vise versa. occasionaly turn your head the opposite way. remember to have fun and use body lang.
